enjoying the advantages that nationality status provides and with the anguish of when they will resolve despite meeting the requirements to be granted.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>According to the law, specifically, Article 11 of the Regulation that regulates the procedure for the acquisition of Spanish nationality by residence, the administration has a period of one year from the application to resolve it and if it is not pronounced it is understood dismissed as it is known in the legal jargon by \"negative administrative silence\", This in most
